Brian H, just do your renewal online. I work full-time and that's how I do it. Days I do get off I wait maybe 10- 45 mins. It's even worse near army bases.
Only a government office could get away with closing 90 minutes before posted times every day for over a month, in order for government workers to leave on time, then have the audacity to continue charging late fees for paperwork not filed on time.
This is extremely shortsighted service, the vehicle registration office is only open from 8am-4:30pm. Could you be any more inaccessible to those who are working full-time? It's so much fun to take time off from work in order to fulfill a civic obligation. Not to mention a convoluted process of having to jump around to different places to get a driver's license and car registration. Why can't the process be more streamlined? Thanks for being there for the public.

300 people in line at any given time. Takes all day. Between inspection and registration I miss a whole days work. This process in this city is GARBAGE! Where is the zero star option?
