Is there a place to place “ZERO” stars? This is the worst bank in the area. No drive thru. You are forced to come in to make any transaction. Always long lines, maybe 2 tellers. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Here’s photographic proof of the long lines!
Been with BOA since I was 16. They have never disappointed me.
ATM around the block takes my debit card and says to talk to the bank. I go to the bank and I'm waiting to wait some more before being seen. After telling one of the managers having a confused look on their face from what happened and all I was told, "okay wait to get you a temporary card". Nothing here is really organised. Except their couch chairs to wait on.
They never answer there phones. Its a pain at least when I call chase they answer everytime
