This was our second time purchasing a car from All American Chevrolet in Odessa, Texas. Both times we had a pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to help get us into our brand new 2018 Equinox. We will definitely return to All American Chevrolet for our next car/truck purchase.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. My husband and I came here for a 2014 used impala. We put down 5K for it and they said we had a deal. Only had the car for 2 weeks and they were asking for more information, unfortunately we couldn't give it to them cause it was impossible. Your suppose to get all information done the day you purchase the vehicle not 2 weeks after. Then we said we would just return the vehicle because they decided they wanted to be jerks and lie and not answer our phone calls. We asked for our down payment back and they refused to give it back. Turns out they never sent off our paperwork to the bank they let it sit for those 2 weeks. We go back to give the car back and got treated very badly. Luckily we ended up getting out money back. This place is a joke, full of liars. Do not come here for a vehicle.
I personally had a great experience at this dealership! The car buying experience could not have gone smoother. Also, their prices are literally unbeatable. I purchased a 2012 Corvette with no money down, and they gave me a fair price for my trade, which was a 2013 Ford Fusion. Do yourself a favor if your car shopping in West Texas and go here first! They work with all types of credit.
I don't even want to give this review 1 star. This has been the worst experience not only for car buying but any purchase that I have made, ever. My husband and I called this dealership relentlessly for 2 weeks with no answer or return phone calls about payment to our trade-in institutions. It finally took my husband wasting his Saturday to get anyone to answer us on the status of payment. Now we are 2 days away from making a payment on the new car and the bank has no record of our loan to make a payment?! Guess who won't answer the phone, email, or voicemail! Do yourself, your credit, and sanity a favor and don't shop at this dealership. Would not recommend to anyone.
