If I could rate under a star a would, take into consideration I took the time to write this. Don't ever keep a customer with cash in hand waiting for more than half an hour that was bs.
This used to be the place to go. It has gone downhill very fast. Noisy, dirty floors, unhelpful staff,
they woman in dresses and suites is amazing.. she has great customer service skills. I would go back just because of her.
Some of the rudest ladies I've ever met. One of the ladies in customer service was so confrontational and argumentative that we feared for our safety. One lady in the womens section in front of makeup was so disgustingly rude that we have never and will never go back. I regret not recording this but i was with about 6 family members and they all witnessed the same behavior. We will get the word out about this stores employees.
The customer service stinks ! And don't bother going to customer service desk there is an older latin woman who is just mean and plain rude. No this place has no class.
Expensive and merchandise is crowded so that its hard to find anything.
