After this failed attempt multiple calls were made as well as emails to reschedule. They responded after a week and a half after I explained everything a second time in an email but did not provide a new date they could assist. Again after multiple calls (they never answered) and emails finally they responded in email they would be back on site in a couple days. they did not show. Here I am almost a month later and nothing has been done, they will not be receiving any more phone calls, emails, or future business from me. Poor customer service all around
Requested assistance on and provided explicit details of the issue to them and requested they arrive at 7am and call me when they arrived. They arrived on a couple days later and did not call me, they did not perform any work as they were unsure of what had to be done. Had they called the situation could have been explained. The situation should not have needed to be explained in the first place as step by step instructions were provided in email.
