I was referred to Dan by a family member and let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. These guys are true professionals very respectful and they let you know exactly what your looking at when it comes to your vehicle being serviced or repaired. When it came time to pay my bill he even showed me the old parts and how damaged they really were.Which he didn't have to do but I appreciated it. He goes above and beyond Which is hard to find around here.I will be coming to DE Medlock from now on.
Wow! What a pleasant surprise.... great customer service and care. Traveled to Odessa for a funeral and my mom's car became inoperable. They were kind, professional and look to take care of us right away. Great communication! Everything is very clean!
Always curtious, answers all questions to my satisfaction, very clean shops which tells me a lot about how they take care of my vehicles, always checks my vehicles over throughly for safety, makes suggestions but doesn't force me into work on vehicles, and I highly recommend them.
