I have NEVER had such horrible customer service with a company as I have had with Basin Block. Even after several attempts to get pricing (over a month's time period), and trying to talk with the manager, I got no where except told to just leave them alone because he was on vacation. This was the number I was told to contact. Not sure how you stay in business treating people this way.
