Asked for a piece of broken glass and was as treated rude by employee and dept manager. They wanted to charge 1/2 price which was 17.00 for something broken and sitting on the trash can.
Last November I had ordered a stove to be delivered before Thanksgiving (paid for it) and we almost didn't get it because apparently the one I ordered got sold in the store--after I got upset in the store because our planned Thanksgiving would be ruined without a stove, they made it right by sending me a different brand, but only after I made it clear I wasn't leaving without a solution.
Looking lost af yet 5 employees walked passed me not a single one asked if I needed help. Such great customer service (obvious sarcasm) going to home depot next time I need something
Plus we had to load it to our pickup. No help!!
I have also had some excellent help there at other times, but that is the exception, not the rule--I have been going there almost every weekend as I'm helping my elderly mother fix numerous issues in her house.

After spending weeks of research to solve a problem with my ceiling, I thought I found perfect solution with a product on Lowe's website--Allen Roth textured wall paper. On sale!!!! I tried to order it on line but since there was only one roll in the store (according to website) it wouldn't allow me to order the 7 rolls I needed. So I called to seek assistance with customer service and the lady said she'd order them for me, but it would take a week or so because it would be coming from San Angelo store. A week passed, so I called to make sure it was on order and the lady said yes, it's ordered, but we'll call when it gets here. Second weekend I checked the website and it said they now had 8 rolls in stock, so I thought they got my 7 in!!!! So I went up there and waited a long time in customer service line, and then an even longer time for someone to go look for them who finally came back and told me like I was stupid that they don't sell wallpaper.... I was so offended by how I was spoken to that I had to leave immediately before I said some very rude things... instead I said thanks for wasting my time and walked out.
We're remodeling our house and fixing to spend lots more money. I'm thinking if I will go back or not. I'm thinking she thinks we are carpenters. Nope we're clueless and require assistance.

My experience wasn't good at all!! Spent 1,200$$ for tile. My husband and i had to search and find ourselves because the lady working the department was "too busy "she said , but when i asked her where the style of tile was she said " listen I'm fixing to teach you"and read out numbers Then said she was busy and had to go paint and walked away. My husband and i both told the cashier that the boxes of tiles were incomplete. I asked her again if she counted them and said yes. Well she counted boxes not tile!! Looking at my receipt ugh!!!
