Arrived early for my appointment, 3 other patients came in after me and were called back before me. Was finally called back after 2 of them were already done. Like the doctor I see but may have to find a new clinic if they can't get people in more organized. had someone else tell me the same thing about getting in.
Receptionist are very unfriendly. Nurses and doctors are fine but to call and get an appointment or have refill request expect to be put on hold at least 10-15 minutes. Always showed up to my appointments early and others come in after me went ahead of me. The receptionists run the office not the doctor's and decide what level of care you need. Twice I went for mandatory check ups and both the nurse and doctor said my admittance form said I was sick with a cold? Never was. Again doctors nice, getting through their gatekeepers a living hell, have never felt so demeaned or treated so poorly by a secretary.
Extremely great care for patients. Laura Quinn is amazing and she listens and is very thorough. She caught my thyroid andreerred me to my endocrinologist.
They will only see current patients. Called for hours and services and I was told that I must be a current patient. So if you are not a current patient no need to waste time calling them.
