The doctor who attended me was pretty condescending and rude.
Would not recommend this place.. I had to wait a month and 2 weeks to get my lab results.. After me calling and leaving messages. In that time frame. Finally I get a call back for me to schedule a follow up just so I can pay $60 for my lab results. When I've been waiting for a phone call to get my lab results. I will be seeking another Dr.
The worst for walk ins, stick you in a room for over an hour until closing time and finally attend you with little to no care for your concerns.
The doctors in the famy physicians area are all very nice and try in every way to help.
They did not lose our paperwork but I did have to go to medicals records, personally, and ask them to scan it in the chart. Um... That is not my job. it is the secretary's who were very rude. The doctor and nurse were very sweet though and that is the only reason I gave them 3 stars!
If i could give no star i would this is the worst place to take your kids if you care about the health of your kids don't take them here and if you make an appointment be prepare to wait for over an hour
