The Office staff is great everytime I walk through the door I feel welcomed and really enjoy talking with the emploees at Chris' Agency. With them taking the time to ask about my family and job lets me know that they care about more than just the bussiness. Chris Wray is an awesome Agent he is full of jokes and laughter, when I'm in there to pay my bill I'm always late to my next destination because of the overwelming time he takes to explain any questions I may have. The stories that I've heard how he takes care of his customers even in the middle of the night when someones house burnt down guess what he was there to make sure the persons were ok. I have done business with Chris Wray State Farm Insurance in Odessa, TX for the past 5 years.Recently, I was in a wreck that was not my fault in a parking lot on a Sunday evening. My car was less than two weeks old at the time, and Chris and his staff started the process of getting it fixed on Monday morning. He arranged for me to have a rental car by Monday afternoon and my car was in the shop to be fixed by the end of the week.
