My wife wanted to surprise me with a custom made necklace for my birthday. She started on the process 4 months before my birthday. Despite the very long lead time given the necklace was ready 2 weeks late. During the wait many phone calls went unreturned and status requests were ignored. At the time of the order my wife was very clear that we would need an appraisal for insurance purposes. It is now 5 months and a half dozen phone calls later and we still don't have the appraisal. I give up I will pay someone else to write me one.
Bought my gf a bracelet here and she loved it. Since she loves the bracelet I love Isy's. All kidding aside the selection of jewelry they have is great and the entire staff is very friendly.
Isy made the most beautiful engagement ring for me. The cut, and clarity, of the diamond were second to none!
Isy does a great job and fun events even takes care of customers out of state.
BTW- the necklace was very nice and I have no issued with Isy's work. It is his ability to run a business that bothers me.
AND... The ring was less than half the price compared to everywhere else i 7had shopped... And i had shopped ALOT!!!!
