I'll really get into the review tomorrow.. but not only did I loose my s.s. case, they didn't send my records to child support in Tyler... I've asked them repeatedly to do so, and if they do not 8i will have a warrant...But see, I'm not dying in a cell, they got me confused

Worst experience ever!! My case was handed to them by Jeff Diamond Law firm ... which I wasn't crazy about but ok they promised to handle my case just as good !! Well. They couldn't ever find my file!! I went in there in person to change my address in June . July rolls around my mail for social security is still going to old address!! I called and they never changed my address so again I give address over the phone . I called to get my status of my case every few weeks and the lady answering the phone all day long for three days says ... Fischer Law firm answering service !! I said can I talk to someone please.... nope leave a message .. I said what are your hours she says 8-5. I said well if that's the case why during business hours is there an answering service??? Then she hangs up on me after that and anytime I call for weeks. September I get the denial for my appeal saying no evidence was sent to them when I had called them two weeks giving them the updated evidence and they never submitted any of it!! Then I called and told them all about this and that they are fired!!!! Now in November I get a sorry we are dropping your case !!!! What do you mean I fired you ,,, your incompetent and got better representation from someone who is more interested to handle my case and wants it !!! Never would I recommend them to anyone
