I called because I locked my keys in the truck with my baby inside.... I told the receptionist and she said it would take like 25-30 mins to arrive well it took the guy 22 mins to get there ... Then to top it off it took him another 30 mins to actually open the door!!! Really!!! Smh by this time my son had woken up and I also had to call the sheriff department to see if they could send assistance ..... And he still charged me $60 ....
Charged 100 just for the service call and we were no more than 10 minutes away. It did not even include the first hour in the 100. So 100 bucks for a 10 minute drive? That's insane. Not reasonable pricing at all.
Good place to get key made. They always work after getting them copied.
I've called other pop a locks and they have opened it in less than 10 sec.
These guys are just plain terrible. No customer service at all. Didn't get what I requested had to wait another 15 minutes for miscommunication as they called it and then to turn around and still not get what they told me they would do. So with a pile of keys that I was trying to avoid having, they added to my collections of keys. Lesson learned! I personally do not recommend them.
