It's fast workers are fast!! Don't play around like other movie theater
Last time I went here the seat I sat in literally fell over and no I'm not a big guy. When I complained to the manager he told me he had been complaining to the upper management about the seating forever and they wouldn't fix the problem.
Prices are too high,seats are uncomfortable. They do have nice clean restrooms.
The movie curfew is ridiculously early. All these high school kids want to go see a movie at the prime time (6:00) yet they have to have an over 21 guardian. Also the seats are very uncomfortable and the popcorn was terrible.
Went to see John Wick 2; if it wasn't for how great that movie was I would've gotten up and left and judging by the other reviews, probably without a refund. Ticket maker wasn't working but no big deal. The concession stand was dirty, but the theatre was far worse and a complete mess. I was in theatre 5: the seats were all covered in grime and completely dirty, and had a foul stench exhuming from them. I was literally sitting upright for much of the movie trying to avoid contact with the seat as much as possible. The staff was friendly and we had our snacks in a timely manner. All that being said if you don't mind a filthy environment this place is perfect for you. I, however, will never return to this establishment and try my luck at another, probably newer cinema.
P.S. Like I said I was only in theatre 5 so who knows what the other theatres might look like but that one is enough for me to not go back.
