Offered dates to move, then called back and refused my business. "Too busy," says he. I say: totally unprofessional. Don't be deceived by the Bible verses you'll hear: this business is run in an arbitrary and ultimately cruel manner.
do not use Jaquez Affordable Moves! They seriously damaged my furniture and overcharged me. I have cigarette burns on my living room set from when they smoked in the truck. Large dings and gouges out of my very expensive bedroom set that was well taken care of. When reached out to them to try and resolve the issue the would not get back to me for over three weeks. Once they did they sated they would not do anything to resolve the issue because it was past 30 days. Not to mention one of the movers was very sexually explicit towards me during this process. When I brought that up to the owner's attention he treated me as if I asked for it. I will not stand to be pushed over by anyone, or be made to feel like a sexual object. You have been warned
