Nicest park for the area,, level, clean, decent neighborhood.. big park across the road... But as everywhere in Odessa-Midland folks love to romp on the gas pedal.. otherwise quiet

Has trees... and it's paved which is nice. But, raising the rent without any amenities is ridiculous.
