The Odessa Police are the lazyest and the most corrupt cops ever! The dispatchers are rude and don't care about their job's. And if you complain about the OPD it falls on deaf ears. Most of all the OPD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!

Community relations are non existent. The officers are trying, they just are not educated in the rights of citizens,or the law.I had one officer tell me "No i don't know every law ,there are way too many".
