Hard workers who are responsible for their tasks and who have alot of stress and deal with people who have unrealistic demands. Sunday is the Lord's day for some, Saturday the Lord's day for others. God bless Odessa for not being open on the weekends, and if someone doesn't like how the workers run things spend one day as a USPS worker. Or better yet hire private delivery service. Trust you will be paying ten times more. USPS IS a Privelage, not a right.
I was on hold 60 mins and still did not get to talk to anyone. I finally hung up. Ridiculous. My package was not able to be delivered to my husbands store where someone is available at all times???? Typical government Terrible service. Ughhhh. Wish I could take the one star I had to give them to leave a comment back. I would rate them as a zero.
Terrible service. Every time I have gone there the workers seem like they're about to off themselves, and I called today to renew my PO box (since the website NEVER works) and Becky answered. After letting the phone ring for over three minutes, Becky decided to answer and put me on hold without my asking. She then got back on the phone and I gave her my info so she could "look it up and call me back." As soon as I gave her my info, she said, "Okay?" and hung up. Could y'all BE any worse?
They supposedly have a "tracking system" but can't track my package. Their staff would tell you that they would call you back for the information you requested but never will. What an extreme inconvenience.
Very rude customer service.
