Well, JPS DID find a buyer for our house. They did not warn me I would have to run myself ragged to please a buyer using fha!! who was the client here???? What they didn't do, was return MY LEGAL PAPERS that MY lawyer drew up for me. The realtor HAD TO HAVE THOSE the day I got them, she would not let me take time to get them copied. She PROMISED ME I would get them back. Guess what? AFTER FOUR letters, one of them certified, I still didn't get them back. MAKE COPIES OF YOUR PAPERS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM TO THESE FOLKS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORIGINALS BACK. she just mailed me a COPY from the county office that is not mine, and thinks I do not know the difference. I may go to my lawyer and see if I can get the originals back. you see, SHE GAVE THEM TO THE BUYER, because that's where the money comes from. think twice before using these people.
