Was great. The one person that help me was nice and very helpful. She took her time and did what she had to do to find me the right size and the perfect boot for me. I forgot her name but she had blonde hair and want to say "thank you". The pace was clean and very organize to see everything.
They were able to see and shoe about 50 people in roughly an hour. Quality service.
They took the time to call the store in Cheyenne Wyoming to check on the warranty on my boots, turns out that they were covered and I walked out with a brand new pair unexpectedly. I thought I was going to have to pay for my old ones to be resoled. Much better service and much better store than Wyoming, where they acted like warranty work was coming out of their pockets.
Great shoes great people to deal will have been a customer for years and always have had great service the shoes are dependable and they can get them resoled if needed
Obviously the Red Wing boots are great but the staff here is the least helpful people I've ever met at a Red Wing store. I've been to at least 10 different stores over the years as I have been in the oil field for awhile. Every time I've brought my red wing boots into a Red Wing store, they clean them and oil them for me. I brought mine here and the lady took them to the back, rubbed a oil cloth over the top bottom section (what would be the top of your foot) and that's it. The other 80% of the boots had no oil on them and were dry. She also ran the oil over the top of the dirt (no I didn't bring them in covered in mud, they were almost completely clean) but they did need a brush taken to a few small spots for just a few seconds. Just seemed like she didn't care at all. I will drive to Midland from now on to go to that Red Wing store instead.
