As many of the reviews say, the receptionist staff are completely incompetent. Not only are they unable to perform their task, they are also unable to interface with people. I called and scheduled an appointment for a cut and color(for myself) and a cut for my boyfriend. I ended up leaving with only a haircut for myself. When I questioned if it was just a cut I was told that "that's front desk." Apparently this is a consistent issue that is not being resolved. Not only did I not get the services that I requested, I was told that she didn't hear me say that I wanted color then walked off. Okay nobody is perfect, but honestly after a mistake is made the least that you can do is clean up after yourself. Have a little integrity. The other receptionist offered me an appointment the next day. Really! I commute 30minutes one way, plus the additional time of another wash and dry. Also like mentioned in other reviews, no offer for a discount or any other such compensation only blank stares. Apparently only their time has any value. Word of advice when somebody feels like picking up the phone be sure that you are not speaking with Ashley, she is ignorant and incompetent, it is worth waiting for a different member of staff. To further the situation, they are incapable of managing a complex issue, when you ask for management they do not even offer a number for you to take. I was a client with this salon for 3+ years, but I will not be coming back. Also as a precaution their staff retention is low, so don't get comfy with your stylist, because if she is any good she will not be there long.
I paid 100$ to get my girlfriends hair cut and styled, plus a manicure. I did my research and made my decision based off the reviews which were nothing but positive. Both, the hair stylist and the lady that did the manicure did not treat her to what she deserved. She politely asked and showed pics of the hair style she would of liked but got nothing more than short of what she would of liked. The lady that did the manicure was more interested in the other clients life stories then giving my beautiful, sweethearted girlfriend a good quality manicure. I worked hard and payed good money for it. :( Its sad that we have to be a regular that spends 1000's a month to get quality service. Disappointed....
Very nice inside. Never had a bad haircut here, and the $25-30 price tag isn't bad. Susan gives fantastic pedicures! Joe James (the owner, can't miss him) is a Midland legend.

I am giving this salon 5 stars because of my hairstylist. She is by far the most friendliest I have used here. Jaquelyn is the best girl I personally have found to cut my hair in the permian basin. She listens to what I tell her and she is friendly. She is a diamond in the rough.
