Garbage. Bought a Kimber, couple of months later I wanted to replace the sights, went to get a recommendation on a gunsmith and the man pointed at the phone book. The white headed guy at the counter was too busy visiting with people to even look my way. I have bought multiple guns and a bow from this shop and will not return.
I'd love to give them a good review, but I've been by 3 times in 2 weeks and they've been spontaneously closed. I'd much rather do business with a locally owned store over an Academy or (insert chain store name here) but Brush Mountain makes it hard.
Awesome place the owner helped me out so much with my bow and it was 2 hours after there closing time!
Caesar helped me with questions that I had about hunting season. I have teenage boys that would love to see a little bit of everything that Brush Mountain has, under our Christmas tree. They were very helpful and professional. They offer handguns and archery equipment too.
I saw a colt python in the shop 3 weeks ago. I was hoping to trade a fn 5.7 for it but unfortunately they are not taking trades at the time. I do not blame them for this. So the next weekend I called and I asked about a layaway option but no go again unfortunately they aren't doing layaways at the time. I was pretty sad about that since I always wanted a colt python its one of my dream guns. I told them that I could not afford to pay it right now but if they would work with me I could leave a deposit and pick it up the next weekend. So last weekend I left a deposit and I picked it up today! I am truly grateful for them being so cool and understanding. They will definitely work a deal with you if you just explain your circumstances. I'm glad to have found a great local gunshop. I definitely will be returning and referring my friends and family. Thanks again!
