The ladies just mess around and joke around with each other. They don't know the menu at all. Worst experience at this Starbucks.
They refused to make a medium american in a large cup for me. The manager, Roger, actually was hollering across the store at me when i told him ten years, same drink, never been refused coffee at starbucks (really??!!). Im appalled. Ill be taking my business somehwere that doesnt refuse to serve me a simple coffee and they wont yell at me
