This is actually an RV trailer / permanent resident park. The manager said they don't know why they are still in the Good Sam book. She was nice and managed to provide us a slot that another resident was not using at this time. Worked out ok especially with a bad thunderstorm looming north which were grateful dis not come this south.
Very clean, lots of trees and extremely friendly management.
Very quiet and private. Sometimes there is no hot water in the sites restrooms, but other than that it's been great staying here.
Place sucks they have problems with there electricity ever year in the summer and don't let you know about it the risk of burning up your ac or anything in your trailer do not stay here the manager got an attitude with me and my wife
