Honestly, if you have better choices i would go elsewhere. The old lady is very hot and cold with her tempermant, just does not seem like she has all her marbles.
Never stayed there, but nice lady, told me about where I could find an RV park to suite me.
These people are very rude and not nice people to be around they told us they would give us our money back because we only stayed a week out of a month and I sat on thier place for an hour and a half waiting for them to call back and they never did! They had a huge problem when I brought my wife and kids with me to stay in my own camper and I was paying my own light bill!! He is very rude and a smarta**!! I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here!! Thier is people in the park right now that will tell you the same thing if you pull in thier and ask!!
It was often that we heard the owners of the park screaming and cussing at each other. The old lady would scream at the top of her lungs and cuss the old man then come out in the park and look for anyone out of their camper to vent and complain to. They were both very unfriendly and easy to anger. When we asked about prorating the old man began to gey angry with me. I did not feel it was fair to pay for a whole month when we were moving in 4 days before thr end of the month. He actually expected a full month rent for 4 days!!!
These people are creepier than you can imagine. They dig through your trash and hide in bushes during the night, watch and complain about any and everything you do. They have a rope that separates the 30 amp trailers from the 50 amps and they are totally obsessed with it and they will watch you day or night and harass you if they find the rope down. My camper was parked next to where this rope is and one night the rope went missing ( which had nothing to do with me) and when I showed up after work they next day I had a post that holds the rope by my camper and a hole was put in my camper. If I was a betting man I would say they probably had something to do with it but I have no proof so who knows.Once you meet them you will understand. They even went in a guys camper who left for a month to snoop around. I feel sorry for anyone who rents a spot from them. BEWARE the people are out of there minds. We moved 5 campers out the next morning after the damage to my camper and even our new campground owners have heard about how crazy these people are.
Quiet with shade with city water.
If you have AT&T be prepared for minimal cell service. Also the basic television reception was not very good. Very minimal channels. The road noise was HORRIBLE. The street seems to be a race track at all times of the night AND day. To take your trash you have to walk across the race track street to dump it in the dumpster. Also we asked the lady owner prior to coming about theft and she said there was NO THEFT, it was very secure and safe. After a month there someone tried to steal the battery from our RV. Luckily it was bolted down tightly and they gave up.
The park WAS beneficial during the hot months as it does have some trees but the old lady owner complained about people and their electricity usage even though electricity is included in the monthly rent.
