Went to get a vehicle and it was a okay experience but the gentleman helping me literally forgot about me in his office!!!! Then he said they were going to clean the vehicle and change the oil and forgot about me again. The employees were even laughing and said he always forgets about the people hes helping so i had to remind him. Sure enough i asked him if the vehicle was ready and he said oh i forgot about you. Had to wait another hour. Then he said they changed the oil as well then a week later the vehicles message came on that it needed a oil change, i was livid because he also said "sorry we do free oil changes every 5000 miles".!!!!!! Then he went and told me the vehicle i wanted was more expensive than the internet price,that they dont acknowledged that. Also,the time frame i was there over 8 hours.
Kelly Grimsley went above and beyond getting us into a vehicle! Angelica was especially helpful, ask for her!! I had given up hope finding a vehicle for my mother that we could afford. Auto Group made it happen and I am forever grateful. You really find who your friends are when your car gives up!!!( Not so many!!)
Derrick was the Sales Rep that helped me. He was very nice and and helpful with the needs I needed. I told him what I had, what I didn't have, what i could afford and couldn't. Everyone worked to get me into a new car with the payments that I could afford. I highly recommend Kia and will go back when its time for another new purchase. Thanks Kelly Grimsley.
