Do NOT trust the general manager for anything. Between them mentioning free oil changes and me having a coupon from the internet for a free tv, he honored neither. He also didn't call with financing numbers after he said he would. He was a jerk with an 'all about me attitude'. If you find a car you want on their lot, I'd recommend seeing if someone from the All American Chevy or Lithia Toyota dealerships can sell it to you. Save yourself from the frustration.
I wanted to review Lithia Hyundai and while I was very upset at the way they treated my mother, in the end they did make it right. Just be careful that the car saleperson is competent and has at least six months of experience. Make sure that they know what they are talking about and make sure you get everything in writing. I truly felt that they owed my mom an apology and more than lip service. Again, in the end they made it right but it sure caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted in the monthly price I wanted. Danny was my sales man he was very thorough and extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable of the product I wanted. I loved that he didn't try to pressure me into a vehicle I wasn't interested in. My finance manager Elizabeth was very kind and helped me get Gap and warranty and did a very good job explaining to me the warranty coverages. I would definitely come back here again! :) Their service center is really helpful as well.
