Great place to buy a car. They don't give you the car dealer tricks.... they always shoot straight with you on what they are able to sell a car for. I have not had good experiences on the service side but luckily you can buy from them and use the midland service side or Lithia dealerships in midland.
Only Reason for giving 5 stars is for the outstanding customer service Jonathan Lemons has provided me with on my last two purchases. He will go out of his way to get you on the vehicle desired. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle he is your Go to Man! Thank you Mr. Lemons for the great experience!

I went there early in the morning before 8 am to fix the airbag. I called him 4pm to check my car. The customer service said he will call me back by the person who is handling my car. I wait an hour he never called me . I called 5pm I told to customer service he never called me so he page him that's the only time I talk to him. He said that the mechanic left at 2 pm and he will do it first thing in the morning it will be ready at 9 am. But I'm thinking they have a new mechanic for 2-7 which they are still open..I called him in the morning 8:15 nobody answer I leave a message. Still nobody called me call again at 8:30 and talk to representativehe to arrange for pick up because I don't have my car and nobody will drop me off. He said he will I wait for 30 minutes but nobody show up. I'm thinking he already irresponsible to called me back yesterday probably he won't do it. I walk from home to their dealership. It take me an hr to walk and 27 hrs to replace an airbag. He did not give me any paper works that they replace my airbag. I went back to the office and ask him the papers. He said come back later it will be ready but I already knew him, so I said no I'll wait. Then he put my husband name instead of my name. I ask him to change it and give me a copy. He said when I come back for the next repair it will show up under my name. I told him to try to print pls. He try and it show up my new name. Please orient your representative how to treat a customer. Your representative is not competent enough for their job. Thank you
