Thought they were decent people...until they came to repo my exes vehicle he was behind in payments on and took my truck I had just made a payment on not even a week before. Left me as a single mom without a car, wallet, and my 3 kids car seats. Not to mention my work phone, kids prescription medicine, and my prescription glasses. Called their cell phone directly, same number they were calling me from after hours when they were coming to repossess my exes car. Left voicemail saying me and my kids were stranded at home. It is now two days later still no response. Wasn't behind on payments or anything. Not exactly worth the $400 I just handed out a week ago considering I'm without a ride and my personal items.
It has to be a family owned and operated business because I don't see anybody but family being able to work for or with that woman without picking up some kind of abuse against the elderly charges.
Came to look at a vehicle with CASH IN HAND, went into one of the offices which was apparently the wrong office, the lady was beyond rude upon greeting us. She told us to HOLD ON very loudly and then when we went to ask her a question about the vehicle we were interested in she told us she did not deal with that, that her son did and so we said ok we were not sure which office to go to sorry, she respondes with " it clearly says sales!" She was beyond rude from the time we walked in until the time we left. Never will we ever go back there again, we will gladly take our business else where. if you're trying to sale vehicles try to be more professional!
Very rude people, never am I doing business with them and I assure you it's best to go elsewhere. I finished paying off the car I got with them always on time may I add, and since I moved out of the city I didn't know I had to take it to get their GPS off so the older woman yelled at me through the phone telling me I had to drive 8 hours just to get that removed or pay $250 because she won't release my title. Just incredibly rude people.
The lady that yells from the back office is extremely rude and has zero people skills.
Avoid this place go else where!!!!
