Absolutely disgraceful!! As soon as the rep picked up the phone he said YES and i said wow you sound friendly and then he asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT " i told him i was very disappointed of how he treated my friend. She gave him a 600$ deposit which he had told her if it does not work out then he would refund her, well she was goi g through some hardships and could not make the remainder balance and she asked for the deposit back. He said he was jo going to do that and he would only give her half. Mind you my friend is having some troubles he only gave her 300!! So i called and told him that was not okay and that he told her he would refund in full he called me a liar amd laughed at me. TAKE YOU BUISNESS ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB. THIS GUY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUISNESS
