The car buying experience was awesome. JD and Carlos did a great job getting me financed for the car I wanted. That was the good part. The crappy part was that the car I had just bought, sight unseen, was in Lubbock. For 2 days it was a huge ordeal just trying to get the car down to Midland. It was 2 hours away, and it shouldn't have taken 2 days to receive it. That being said, I think they need to start putting on the website which city the cars are actually in, so that way the customers are aware before coming in to browse.
I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment! The sales associates are incredible and Phillip King went above and beyond what was excepted of him to get me into the car I wanted! The whole car buying experience was a breeze! I will defiantly recommend anyone looking for a great quality car for an incredible price to visit Texas Certified Motors!
Finding a good dealership in Midland is not easy to do. This is our second vehicle with this company, and I'm sure we will be back for more. The staff accommodates and makes sure you leave happy! And we are very happy! Big thanks to Naomi for all of her hard work and attention!
I finally found the truck I have been looking for and it was delivered to me which was great ... however the delivery guy had several hours once in town, prior to meeting us, and very well could have had the vehicle detailed - but did not ... instead delivering a dirty vehicle. Also, the description was not accurate in terms of the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle had the tint removed and the glue from the tint was left on the windows making it impossible to roll down the front windows. It was so sticky that we thought the power motor was broken. The techs who removed the tint wrote REMOVE on the windows. Very unprofessional to deliver in that condition. The front windshield had a crack in it which we also immediately noticed. Both of the front drivers seats surrounding the plastic lower base area began breaking the first day we had it. The panel in the rear that controls air is completely defected and needs to be completely replaced. Not to mention both of the two front tires also are very worn and need to be replaced. We still haven't received a correct buyers tag and it is now three weeks into ownership and I'm driving around with an internet down paper tag. We also got another bill in the mail for the vehicle we traded in leading us to believe that it was not paid off like we agreed. I am doubtful I will purchase from this dealership again after all of the issues we've encountered! This is not how you do business with those you want to do repeat business! Take heed to this feedback please if you are considering doing business with these individuals!
