Great customer service. Shawna and Jimbo are awesome. They are very thorough and kind. It is definitely a more personal feeling when going to West Texas Nissan than just getting an oil change somewhere else.
When i purchased my vehicle only one of my keys worked. I have gone to the service department on 3 separate occasions to have them take a look at the key over the past year. It must be a difficult process to program a key because everytime I go they either tell me they don't have the time or the person who does keys is off that day. I had them replace the battery and it still doesn't work. Now the last time I go in it now costs 150 dollars for them to sync a key that never worked. Then I was told that I would need to speak with my sales rep but he no longer works for west Texas Nissan. The service department agent basically said sorry about your bad luck bye. I just want two working keys with out having to pay $150 for something I have no control over. Disappointed in west Texas Nissan today. I expected better.
