Bottom Line. Tremaine, the location owner, is rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and abrasive.
I was at this location a few days ago to rent a car. There was someone else in line returning their car and the management was very rude to them and blamed the customers for their bad experience. I decided to go to a different rental company because I did not want to be treated that way.
Great selection and great price. Tramaine takes care of his customers and is always available for questions. Highly recommend this branch office.

Went in to pick up a rental car under my insurance and informed Tremaine of this when picking up the car. Instead of trying to get my insurance information to bill my insurance, he kept blowing me off. Days later I found out that the entire amount for the car had been charged to my card and nothing had been charged to my insurance. When I returned the car, I tried to fix the issue and he told me it was my fault for not telling him it was an insurance claim and that it was a communication issue. He got loud with me and had an attitude and was very difficult to work with. He blamed me for not telling him it was an insurance claim even though I had multiple times already and he had admitted I had when I picked up up he car.
