First, they do not answer the phone. You spend 20 minutes on hold, and then the call will disconnect. I've had to call back 6 times and it has taken over an hour just to try to reach them.
They were so helpful, and even remembered me from a previous visit. I even got a free upgrade on my vehicle. Thank y'all so much for making the process so easy. The next time I need to rent a car I will definitely be coming back.
I would not recommend them to anyone! I would go to the other car rental place here in Odessa.
Lastly, I had to use them again and I have a reservation for today, but they informed me they have no cars available until Friday. I guess I just sit around and wait 3 1/2 days for them to get their act together?
This is probably the worst Enterprise I have ever been to ever. I have used Enterprise over the last 20 years, and have never had a bad experience--UNTIL NOW! This branch is absolutely terrible and should be closed immediately.
I made a reservation and when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me I could only pay with a major credit card! I only have a debit card and they said That if I were to pay with that I need a utility bill and a pay check stub!! What for!?
Avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!
Had to get a rental because of a recent hail storm. After waiting a week for a rental, which was understandable, I finally got a car. The car was good and everything seem to be working flawlessly. I inquired about a lower class car to ensure that I would have coverage through the time my car was at the shop. There were none so I had to take what they had.
This was way to much of a hassle just to rent a car! I reserved a car at the other place here in Odessa and picked it up in less than 10 minutes. All they required was a deposit since I was paying with a debit card.
Third, even if you go to the actual location with a reservation in hand, you will most likely be waiting in line for 45 minutes. I also heard other customer complaining about multiple unauthorized charges on their credit cards.
I received a message late one Sunday evening from Enterprise that the Rental Car Coverage on my insurance had been maxed. This would not have been an issue had Enterprise not waited 5 days AFTER the coverage maxed to contact me. When I went back to get a lower class car for the remained of the rental period there were still none. Thanks for costing me almost $500 Enterprise....
Then on top of all this I just moved and had no intention of changing my address because it goes to family and I'm building right next door (I would rather not have my mail everywhere) they tell me they wouldn't be able to help me because my addresses don't match my pay stub and D.L. both have my previous address.
I was able to get my electric bill online after I was told if I could bring it up online that would work but then he tells me he can't take that electric bill that I need it in pdf from.
Secondly, good luck trying to get picked up and or dropped off. They never seem to have a driver available for that. I dropped off a car, and I had to take a cab back home since my car was in the shop for repairs. They didn't know when their drivers would return.
This has been the worse experience ever! I had a blow out on the highway, roadside assistance was anything but. The first women entered the completely wrong information. The second woman said they had a vehicle saved at the Odessa location. The third woman took the correct location of the vehicle. The fourth woman said there was no notation of having a car at the Odessa location, but was putting it in. The boy at the counter said there was nothing in his computer and they didn't have a car. But meanwhile, some trashy dressed girl comes up to the counter and she is getting everything she wants. I have a passenger who needs to get back to Abilene for cancer treatment, but no one here could care less.
