This business has taken what could have been a difficult process and turned into a very positive experience.
The people are nice and they try to make your dentures fit. But there's only so much they can do when they're working with a denture that seems to have been made by an eight year old in pottery class. The dentures cut up my old healed gums from day one and are all deformed and thick, leaving no room in my mouth for my tung , so talking is like a sloppy drunk , and it looks like I have a wad of chew in my upper lip. And I got the ultimate package deal for close to two thousand dollars. Eventually I'll get a new set that is supposed to be the best. I hope they are! So far it's been a horrible experience but hopefully I can say something better about the end game. Well I'm back to say that it was and is still a nightmare. When I wasn't satisfied with the final dentures they gave me some of my money back and refused me services. Hmm, maybe I should have settled for the ill-fitting dentures! NOT! They still refuse me services to this day because I wanted my dentures to fit in my mouth! Maybe if I could have seen the actual dentist things could have been better.
The service was the best I've ever experienced, customer relations and attention to detail were unsurpassed.

Also it's really hard to get an appointment. The patient call center does not treat an emergency as an emergency. Which is not the fault of the local office. I am 3 months into this and I can honestly say I like smiling again. And when I look in the mirror I like the me smiling back at me.
The dentist in Odessa is careful and gentile I was scare to death and he called me down pronto. The staff is caring and efficient. The prices are VERY AFFORDABLE!! The only reason why I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didnt feel as though the workmanship was acceptable on the first set of teeth. But even that they fixed .
