Once I loved Dr Burkes office and honestly referred A LOT of people there... now they very rarely answer the phone. And demand extra services when not needed, money hungry dentist and horrible customer service with the new Hygienist ... DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY. FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. learned since that visit I'm being discriminated against for not having dental insurance.
Going to Dr. Burke's office was one of the most pleasing experiences I have ever had at a dentist office, in fact, any type of doctor office visit. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and made sure my visit was as pleasant as possible. Dr. Burke was absolutely great. He made sure and explained everything that needed to be completed with the visit. The dental hygienist I saw, I believe her name was Karley, was extremely kind. It was obvious she was a well trained professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Burke and highly recommend him to anyone else!
Great office! Doctor was very nice and informative. Hygienist Karley did an excellent job with my cleaning! Very gentle, thorough and she took the time to explain what I could do to improve my oral health. 5 stars!
