Ordered a centerpiece online for my Mother in laws 91st birthday...we own a florist in NC, so know what value expectations are. I ordered a centerpiece and, upscale it to the next value...the photo online was amazing. When she received it, it was Nothing like the photo and, was NOT to value...understand substitutions but, completely different from what I ordered and, not to value. Would never recommend using this florist.
Didn't get what I paid for! I ordered the hugs and kisses arrangement and paid for a deluxe one on top of that... definitely did not get what I ordered!
Placed my order yesterday and got a completely different arrangement from what I ordered. Looks terrible for the price I paid and will never recommend nor buy from this dump again!!! Also called and made a report because the flowers were different colored from what is pictured and not the same size. Was told they gave me what they had! Haha!! Again I do not recommend anyone to buy from here
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Avoid at all costs. Delivered sub standard product and when owner contacted, did not fully accept responsibility for poor performance.
Looked at all the reviews. Some not the greatest, some were good. I ordered flowers for my wife just because. The girl I talked too a million times was super nice. I think it's funny when I saw comments on how an arrangement doesn't look like the pictures. My wife was happy with the arrangement shoot one stem could've been to long not sure. But in the end extremely happy with the service. Thanks
