Everyone is really friendly, no intimidation and if you forget something it will be there when you come back. Great lap and therapy pools too.
Love this gym. Plenty of options for working out. Choose your timing though...getting out is difficult due to traffic.

This gym is THE BEST gym in the area! They do their best to keep it classy. There is not a lot of riffraff or young meatheads that hog the machines and text for hours in between sets, like the YMCA. Also, children under 13 are not allowed in the pools (my favorite thing about the place)! This gym serves as a nice getaway from real life to focus on your mind, body, and spirit!
Amenities such as towel service, and Housekeeping service that keep the dressing rooms clean at all times, and prompt Maintenance make the gym experience a comfortable one. The lap pool, therapy pool, hot tub, and steam room lend the place a legitimacy the YMCA can't even match. Mission Fitness has more in common with a country club than a gym. Very comfortable place to work out one's fitness.
