I moved to Copeland's office from Farmers years ago. I had nothing but trouble there at Farmers. The moment I walked into their office the agents met me with hospitality and were so kind. The sales person that wrote my policy years ago still works for the agency and always has a smile on her face. Because the agency has grown they have different departments for certain things. I dont mind that because every agent has been helpful. Their customer service department is the best. They always go above and beyond. I like that they have so many options for me. When I wrote my policy my car wasnt in my name and I had to get insurance with progressive. Now I am insured with Nationwide and I love it. I have had a few increases in my premium- all these people in Odessa drive like idiots... there are wrecks all over the place.. too bad we all have to pay for it. Nationwide's rate is still HALF of what state farm solicited me at, and even if it wasn't I love exactly where I am.... any concern I have they take extra care to go over my policy and my discounts. I recently bought a home and they worked with my lender to make the insurance part hassle free. Lord knows buying a home is already stressful enough. I love my agent. I definitely recommend Lisa Copeland!
I have been insured with this agency for over 10 years and I have had excellent service. They have gone above and beyond to meet my needs, to help me understand my coverage, and to always save me money. I would always recommend you to call here if you need insurance or do not understand what you need, they will explain everything. They even called me to let me know they could save me money by switching me to another company with their agency without me even asking. It is pretty nice to know that they are always trying to find me the best deal and have other options without me having to do any calling or researching myself.
I've always had prompt responses when I contact the office for anything insurance related. Lisa is very personable and good at what she does. Her staff is helpful and have great customer service skills. They even call us on our birthdays to wish us happy birthday! 5 stars all the way!
