Warning!!! Do not go to this place. I had a special event and requested same day service but instead they lost my clothes and it took over a week and 4 trips to the cleaner to get my clothes back. the manager was very rude and didn't seem to care about the situation. I never received an apology or saw a temote sign of concern for my list items. I am amazed at the fact that these people ate still in buisness when they provide such poor service.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I gave them a new comforter that had never been washed and in perfect condition. Since it was fairly expensive I decided to pay a professional to dry clean it rather than throw it in the wash at home. Unfortunately there are no professionals associated with this business, I got the blanket back ruined with snags all over. I talked to the manager Maxine and she told me that they had accidentally over charged me and said she would take a look at the blanket and call me back. Two weeks later and had not heard from her so I called her back only to get an attitude and she told me that there is no way that they did it and that I must have been lying about it being that way. Like I said it had never been washed since it was only six months old and looked brand new. She ended the call by hanging up on me never offering to fix where they had overcharged me and did not even offer to at least refund the cost of the washing.
