Someone called me back within 10 minutes he said he would get dressed and run by their shop and get what he needed and be right over. From the time I called and talked to the answering service it was less than an hour he was at the house working to get the water out of the house. The gentlemen that came (I apologize that I don't remember his name) was professional, polite excited to be here and wonderful ambassador for carpet tech.
I called at 3:45 am this morning and told them our house was flooded from the water heater and talked to the answereing service.
