I have always liked eating with the family at the odessa buffalo wild wings location but now thanks one individual I won't go back..One of the managers at bar working the night of November 2nd was rude to myself but extremely rude to my daughter and that im not going to accept..i sent email asking for general manager to call me and I have yet to receive a call.. I have clients of my own a d I would be ashamed if I treated anybody the way we was treated that night..
It's a decent place for food and great to go have drinks and watch sports events. It does get loud but that's expected at a sports bar. The restaurant itself is divided into dining for families and the bar area which is really well set up. As far as service I guess it just depends who happens to be working the shift but for the most part it's good. It can get crowded so slow service is somewhat understandable.
The food is great and atmosphere just right but we waited @25 minutes before anyone even took our drink order!
I placed my order over the phone, and they said it would be ready In 30. I had to wait 45 more minutes for my food. I start to drive away and noticed I was missing one of my sides. I go back and the person up front shifted the blame to me that I must have forgotten my food. Really!! Also they have a ton of people just standing around. The restaurant would run smoother if they had some to manage all the people.
Service is godawful. The waiters are very slow.. They have a lot of people standing around. The bartender charged me for a drink that I didn't have and forced me to pay. Managers are just as bad. I would go elsewhere
