Traveling from North Carolina for work, I decided to get Five Guys for dinner since it was quick and easy. I will say, you can expect consistency as there was no noticeable difference from a TX Five Guys and an NC Five Guys. There were several large order in front of me but I still managed to get in and out within 10 minutes. Not bad!
It was way over priced. For a family of 4 It cost us over $50.00. The staff was not friendly, the wait for our food was longer than expected for a fast food restaurant. The burgers had an odd taste and the fountain machine needed to be cleaned as well as maintained. It was just an overall bad experience that doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating, however in order to rate and review I had to at least give 1 star.
I'm disappointed they did not add extra fries for the small like they do for the large and regular. With the cost of the burgers and fries already high, you'd expect a bit more. Burger was overcooked and dry.
Great service, My First Time Coming Five Brothers. Called My Order In, Flor 10 People Got There A Lil After 11:30 AM. My Order Was Ready. They Helped Me Carry It Out To The Vehicle. Fast & Excellent Service.
Good food but they don't accept their own gift cards! Called the store to confirm with a worker and they stopped this service when they got new owners. Super lame that these new owners won't get their gift card machine working...won't be back until the issue is remedied.
