No one answers the phone or returns a call even if you leave a message. Website is always down when you try to make a payment so they'll charge you a late fee.
They never answer and I have called many times to speak to them about my things and i call like 20 times a day
Very pleased with my experience here. Management is very attentive and helpful. Units are clean and affordable. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good, safe place to rent a storage.
Haven't been able to get a receipt or gate code since April. Won't return my calls or emails but this place still cashes my payment checks that are on time every month. I was advised to get a lawyer just so I can get my stuff out. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
The security system was not used after the transfer of ownership. All my stuff was cleared out for no reason. They are very out of order and do not pay attention to what they are doing. They have no respect for their customers and are very dishonest. They lack any integrity or initiative. Very bad place to store your things.
