I appreciate your review. I had the mobile home listed that you and your husband lived in. The actual owner was your father in law who resided in California as I remember. I found it rather difficult as a Professional Real Estate Agent of 10+ years to navigate through your insults during the short 3 weeks I had the mobile home you resided in " listed" out of a 6 month listing Contract. If you put your memory cap on... You resided in a mobile home which was on piece of property that at the time was not considered Real Estate. They were two different entities and you wanted it sold as one. In order to do that the Actual owner of the mobile home ( father in law) would have needed to fill out paper work to have this done.
