Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff. Happy hour is definitely a good deal on food and certain drinks. Huge improvement from our last visit, seems to be ran very well with this new management team.
This is the best chili’s I’ve ever been to in the Midland Odessa area. Managers were very engaged as well as our server. Over all the experience was amazing! Def recommend.
Manager was great. Nice guy but when we received incomplete orders and saw our waitress maybe twice and let him know he simply apologized and offered no action to maybe correct an dinner experience ruined. SMH I have worked in the food service industry all my working years and if I know one thing is always right, always always make sure the customer leaves happy. Well on this visit which was a dinner with my in-laws that was sadly dampened by our dinner experience, we WERE NOT happy.
Bad experience once, I figure that no one is perfect. Repeatedly bad experiences, I stop giving them my business and let others know what they could possibly be in for.
Ordered online and picked it up. Workers were rude when I picked up my food. Got home and part of my order was missing. Got fried pickles and they were flavorless (no clue how they accomplished that). Got a burger and paid extra to have avocado on it. The avocado was mostly grey! Not something that I’d even let my dog eat!
Impeccable service! There was a small wait due to short staff on servers but completely understandable in this area. Host said it would be about a 10 minute wait, but offered us the bar top as open seating, and definitely best decision made in our part, bartender Bethany was on a roll! She was super busy for a Wednesday night, Running around taking care of all her customers and still managing time to make all the drinks the servers would ask for. We never had empty drinks and at about 10 minutes of chit chatting a gentleman brought our food out (Which I'm guessing was the manager considering he started helping out and was around everywhere you turned.) But honestly the best treatment I've had in a good while. Thanks Chili's! :)
