Not bad, very quiet,free laundry mat, some RV'S kinda small but clean and maintained. Pet friendly which sold me cause coming home from working on a drilling rig all day Randy the managers illegitimate guard dog it's always on alert watching everyone's property. I kept well over $150,000 specialty tools and equipment in my $70,000 truck and never felt the need to lock it that's how safe it is.
Makes feel like home
Very peaceful and quite. It's out of the way from busy roads and the residents have all been very nice. The rv's are clean and the park is very well kept.
