I really felt so mad this verizon representative couldnt sell me what I wanted ,he make me feel stupid ,he aske me a lot of questions like why I wanted this prepaid plan and lot of more dumb questions,I got out of this store so dissapointed with the customer service they gave to me I will never go to this store again.
01/30/15 2:39pm i went to this verizon store to try to activate my mifi5510l hotspot and talked to Javier ,I just ask him for a new prepaid 4glte sim card for my hotspot ,he ask me where I bought my device( wich i bought on amazon without sim card) ,how much I bought it, my phone number and my las 4 of my social ,after i gave all info to this verizon representative he said this hotspot cant be activated on verizon because this device will only work on 3g speeds and with higer price than contract,then try to convice me for 20 minutes to sign up for a 2 year contract .
In December, 2015 my husband and I purchased a few phones from this store where we had great customer service from a guy named Cory that unfortunately no longer works there.
So I called back today and they answer the phone with a simple "hello" I had to ask where I was calling to make sure I dialed the right number.
I then went to giving them the info on what I needed help with and they told me they were busy so they couldn't help me. I then went to letting them know my experience from the night before and they then went into telling me that they were the manager. I was finally helped after having to text them my information on what I needed and received poor customer service in their lack of welcoming to help me and in the way they spoke to me as a customer.
Purchased a Phone from This store 0n 1/8/2017, I noticed the phones battery was at 9% and asked them isn't this supposed to be new? they said yes and that phones come like that. When i got home to recharge, I then found these pictures already on the phone of Verizon employees taking pictures. I then called them to let them know that they sold me a used phone! They told me that they use the phones to show customers. I told them i wanted a brand new phone that has not been used and showcased to customers. They refused and kept telling me they used it to only take pictures and that its not considered used! If they use a phone for an entire week, taking pictures and showing custmers then it is not a brand new phone! It is extremely unprofessional to sell floor models or phones that have been used as new phones and very dishonest and deceitful. The worse part is they refuse to give me a brand new phone that has not been used. The representative was named Brady and did not do anything to help me at all.
They signed me up for buy one get one free Samsung 7... I found out later I was paying for both phones. No one will make it right... many more horrible things happened too! Awful service and company!!!
Yesterday night, I called in to get an email sent to me with a copy of my receipt from that purchase. They answered my phone call and basically told me they were closed. I was confused by the fact that they answered the phone although they were closed and unable to help me. They then told me to call back today at noon when they opened.
