This is absolutely the best and only place I will take my pets. I have 2 very large dogs and they accommodate for both at all times. I never worry about their safety or well being. My dogs always smell good and are very happy after picking them up. Everytime we drop Knubz and Lily off they are ALL excited to see them and treat them as if they were their own. Even though they are constantly busy you never walk in or leave with the feeling of being rushed or having to wait a long time. The vet is part of our extended family to say the least. Thank you all for being so amazing 100% of the time.
Absolute worst customer service. My dog was to be boarded from Thursday to Saturday morning at noon. When we arrived at 12:02 they would not let me have my dog. I understand being late, I am ateacher and parents are late all the time, (kids are like pets, part of the family) but I wont keep your kid 2 extra days and keep them in a kennel! Odessa traffic is crazy and this place, that is supposed to care about your pets, was not going to give up their time for my family member. It was because their computer was shut down already. We even offered to leave the credit card for a Monday transaction so the dog would not have to stay. No way, they kept her. The vet finally spoke to me on the phone and explained to me that his employees have their own life and can't wait around for customers all day. Really? 2 minutes?No thanks on your customer service!!!!
Absolutely love all the staff members! The doctors are the best and I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else!
Front desk lady was ok, the lady (Assistant?) who helped us was so nice! But the vet was horrid!! He handled my bird with too much force. He told me to feed my BIRD some DOG food! If he doesn’t know anything about birds maybe he shouldn’t be advertising that he can care for them!
Took my puppy there for her first set of shots. Front desk is very friendly and explained everything. The vet doctor that took care of my puppy was really nice and actually gave me a lot of information about my Husky. It’s affordable and they are really professional. Would recommend this to any pet owner.
Spend your money on a better vet!!!!
